The customer service is good, but I do not care for the ice cream; it's bland and expensive. It tastes like off-brand store brought ice cream- nothing special at all. I'm sure that any other shop sells better quality ice cream. My personal favorites are Cold Stone, Ice Cream Jubilee, and Captain Cookie.

I’m a huge fan of Haagen Daasz but seriously? I ordered a small dish with mint chocolate chip and the non dairy chocolate, got a mini of mint chocolate chip only. My fiancé ordered a small chocolate shake and got a large, but charged for a small cookies and cream shake. It was just bizarre and on principle obnoxious.

Delicious ice cream. Helpful staff. Ignore the fancy cones (they taste like cardboard) and just concentrate on the ice cream.

Best Ice Cream ever! You gotta try Midnight Cookies n Cream! The only thing I didn't like, was that they didn't have water cups. You had to buy a water bottle. Other than that, it deserves 5 stars! Great job! :)

Walked 2 miles in the night to have ice cream here. It was absolutely worth it.

A little pricey for the serving size you get. If not for that, I would have given them 5 stars. The pineapple coconut ice cream was very tasty. We came late on a Tuesday night. Not busy at all. Service was quick and the two employees working there were friendly. I got two scoops in a dish because you already have to pay so much just for one scoop.

All was fine with fast service.

We were not treated very well and were refused water. The ice cream was normal haagen dazs (nothing special) and was quite expensive. Do not recommend.

Wonderful ice cream shop in Chinatown

This is my go-to ice cream spot for the summer. Love all the flavors and I think I've tried them all. Love their Banana Split Sundaes.

Awesome ice cream

Very friendly staff on a Saturday night! They were short staffed for a weekend, but the employees were cracking jokes and having a good time. The sundae I ordered was very sweet and was a great end to a long day.

Lots of options and you can request a taste before making your choice. We went on a Saturday morning and the person working was incredibly nice. There's a bench in the store but there are tables just outside as well.

I was please with the level of professionalism these workers implemented. The young lady whom served us specifically, smiled, had great eye contact and her grammar was on point. The ice cream was great as expected.
